Cindy Kwok’s practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a primary focus on commercial, corporate, and regulatory work. She possesses extensive experience in managing commercial and corporate disputes, as well as insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, alongside family, criminal, and general civil litigation.

On the non-contentious side, Cindy advises on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, compliance and regulatory matters, and the formation of both onshore and offshore private funds. Additionally, she is involved in IPO and capital markets work. Cindy’s expertise extends to securities regulation and SFC and HKEX-related matters, providing general corporate advisory services. She collaborates closely with listed companies, licensed corporations, fund houses, family offices, and money service operators, delivering timely, practical, and solution-oriented advice.
