Mr. CHA is a Senior Consultant at our firm.

Mr. CHA is a Practicing Solicitor in Hong Kong, an Accredited Mediator, a Certified Trust Practitioner, and a Life Member of the Independent Non-Executive Director Association Limited. Mr. CHA obtained his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honors) degrees both from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration degree at the Swiss Business School.

Mr. CHA has completed and obtained the following professional trainings and certifications, including but not limited to: the Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets Online Certificate Program (Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania), the Certified Trust Practitioner™ Accreditation Programme (Hong Kong Trustees Association), a Specialist Certificate in Asset Management (passed Securities Examination Papers 1, 6, 7, and 12) (Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute), the General Mediator Training Course (CUSCS), the Basic and Advanced Family Mediation Training Program (Hong Kong Family Welfare Society), and the Executive Certificate in China Business (Taxation, Law and Accounting Technologies) (HKUSPACE).

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. CHA has served and currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of several listed companies in the United States and Hong Kong:

Mr CHA is a member of the Factory Management Committee of the Hong Kong Society for the Blind. and the Chairman of the Alumni Association of the HKUSPACE Community College.

Mr CHA practice areas are primarily in corporate and commercial, commercial litigation, compliance and regulation, and immigration law.
