In the corporate sphere, he focuses on commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions involving regulated financial institutions. His profound knowledge extends to establishing Hong Kong and offshore private funds, including open-ended fund companies and Hong Kong limited partnership funds, and providing strategic advice on shareholders’ disputes and corporate insolvency matters.
